I actually don't mind having this rule because I feel like I normally have this but with like two types on vegetables. I really hope that other people can agree because I feel like it will keep us healthy.

Hey Mya, happy new year! Thanks for sharing your thoughts on whether or not you would enjoy having meat and three veg for dinner each night. It would certainly keep you healthy having a balanced meal like this.

I like that you have thought about what you already have for dinner and what will keep you healthy. I agree with you I like the meat and three veg rule but I also like to have a bit of variety too so I don't think I would like it every night! ...I might miss have things like nachos too much! :)
If you had to pick your favourite meat and three veg combination what would it be? I really like steak with mashed potatoes, cauliflower/broccoli and beans.
