Teachers Strike

Today in the first session we did a DLO on teachers strike. We did a powtoon as it was easier to work with and more fun. For the middle block we did a collaborative mystery solving together. We did a DLO to keep our clues together. I worked with friends to help me figure out the person her stole the valuable pins. Today we did our class on air and we learnt about tourism and about the Rotorua activities / A J Hackett and Cape Reinga. Today for the morning session my class and I did a DLO on our Collaborative Problem Solving. My partner and I found this task very difficult, because as year 8's we have to do more extreme and intense work. I think we can achieve by being with different people to help us and teach new strategies we haven't learnt before.

I found this task easy because we were able to use the strategies we knew and also we had a bunch of people to help one another. I think I can improve by paying more attention in class during maths, and have a companion to help me.
